The actress, who played the role of Sky Mangel in the soap opera when she was very young, died in her sleep last week.

Fryer married his partner, Arthur Pothitis two years ago, and planned to start a family with him.

Her family told TV Tonight in a statement, “True soul mates, Miranda and Arthur were planning on starting their family, when one day last week she fell asleep and never woke up.”

They continued, “We don’t know why. She had had health issues with her heart. Maybe her beautiful personality was just too good for our world.

“We, who all loved her so much, will cherish the memories she left with us and mourn our loss forever.”

“A beautiful child, a breathtaking teenager, beautiful inside and out… a woman, with so much love and happiness given and received. So many friends, so much more to offer to this vanished world.

She did not pursue her acting career after her role in Neighbors.

Instead, Fryer obtained a nursing degree and was to begin postgraduate work at Monash Hospital in Clayton, Australia in the Department of Neuroscience.
She would also have considered a master’s degree in the subject.

A hard worker, she had previously studied and obtained a hospitality certificate and an art diploma.

Her mother told the Herald Sun: ‘She was the most wonderful girl. She had so much love and passion for life. ”
