Kylian Mbappe has reportedly turned down a move to Liverpool this summer after receiving an offer from Paris Saint-Germain.
Sometime in July last year, Mbappe received an offer to leave the French capital.
But according to The Athletic, his destination would have been Liverpool, despite rumors of a relationship with Real Madrid.
PSG adviser Antero Enrique is said to have spoken out about Mbappe’s future.
But Henrique and PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi demanded a whopping €402 million for his autograph.
But with Mbappe giving up on a move to the Reds, the numbers are meaningless.
It also reports that Mbappe has indicated his intention to join Real Madrid in the future.
This happened less than two months after signing a new contract with PSG with a one-year option until 2024.
Rumors abound about the Frenchman’s future.
Last month, it was reported that Real Madrid could pay €1 billion to sign Mbappe after the season ends.
Real Madrid legend Guti also recently claimed that LaLiga needs Mbappe and he needs them too.
“The best must stay at Real Madrid,” Guti declared.
“Seeing him play for PSG makes me angry not only at Real but also in La Liga. La Liga must always have the best players in the world”
“Mbappe is a player made for Real, and if he wants to do what Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have done, he has to play for Real Madrid because at PSG, because he cannot succeed.
“Madrid must pick him up now.
“There are good players on the market, but there aren’t any like him. Well, [Erling] Haaland may be, but he’s taken a step back. Mbappe is unique.
Only he can give what Messi gave to Barcelona and Ronaldo to Madrid.” no one else”
