NEWS: Russia
Friends of Alina Kabaeva, Vladimir Putin’s mistress, are begging her to fly to Moscow to persuade him to end the war.

“Alina’s friends are begging her to fly to Putin and persuade him to end the war,” a source told Page Six. “He doesn’t seem to listen to anyone, but maybe he could listen to her.“
The source added, “Putin is surrounded by rings and rings of security. Alina says she doesn’t know if she can get to him — and even if she does — she doesn’t know if she’ll be able to go out again to be with their children.

Page Six exclusively reported earlier this month that the Russian president has reportedly hidden his lover and their children in the once-neutral European nation.

Kabaeva, an Olympic gold medal gymnast, is said to have four children — two young boys and twin girls — with Putin, 69, though the two have never officially confirmed it.

The children were reportedly born in Switzerland and all have Swiss passports, according to one source, who tells us that Kabaeva, 38, has passports under several different names and nationalities.

More than 50,000 people have signed a petition to have Kabaeva deported from Switzerland, where she and Putin’s four children are reportedly hiding.

We are told that Kabaeva and the children are hiding in a luxurious private chalet owned by a Putin loyalist near the French border.

While the Swiss government reportedly has no solid information on whether Kabaeva and her children with Putin are hiding in the country, the source added, “Alina could be traveling under a number of different names and passports. She flies on private jets and would not risk traveling under her own name.

Meanwhile, more than 50,000 people have demanded that Kabaeva and their children be deported from Switzerland amid Putin’s actions.

Ukrainian, Russian and Belarusian citizens appealed to the Swiss Confederation with a petition titled “Connect Eva Braun to her Führer” — comparing Kabaeva to Hitler Braun’s longtime companion and wife — on Change.org.

“She is the favorite wife of a delusional dictator and war criminal who has treacherously attacked Ukraine in recent weeks,” the petition says.

“For the first time in modern history, your country has violated its neutrality, which it did not even do vis-à-vis Nazi Germany in the 20th century, and joined the sanctions against Putin and his surroundings. And now his favorite mistress with her children is hiding within the borders of your state!

Switzerland’s decision not to remain neutral and take a hard line on Russia surprised many in the international community. The Swiss Federal Council announced on February 28 that it had frozen the assets of a list of prominent Russian individuals and companies.
