Arsenal star Alexandre Lacazette is wanted by Barcelona in a FREE transfer, according to reports.
The Frenchman is out of contract at the end of this season and is yet to agree to new terms.
And Lacazette can negotiate apre-contract with foreign clubs.
But it has been told that Lacazette has been offered a one- year extension by the Gunners.
According to Sport, Lacazette is a target of Barca.
A move to the Catalan titans would see the striker link over with former Arsenal platoon- mate and captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who moved there in January.
Aubameyang has made a good launch to life at Barca, scoring nine goals in 11 games.
And Lacazette could follow suit and get back to his stylish thing scoring form.
Barca have also shortlisted Mohamed Salah, Robert Lewandowski and Erling Haaland.
But Lacazette’s implicit free agent status is financially charming.
Boss Mikel Arteta says addresses over a new deal will take place at the end of this season.
Arteta said“We’ve discussed that at the end of the season, when we know where we’re we are going, to make a decision together (on Lacazette’s future).
“We agreed the decision is to do it in the summer ( assess the situation) and that is when we’re going to do it.”
