Dude got slapped with a murder charge in Cocoa after allegedly trippin’ a man walking home with brews and emptying a clip on him.

Here’s the lowdown:

  • 19-year-old Kenydrick “Pooh” Anderson is accused of jumping out of nowhere and robbing a 43-year-old man named Factor Tejax Curup on April 12th.
  • When Curup didn’t budge, things turned deadly. Police say Anderson unloaded on him, hitting him at least 3 times.
  • Curup didn’t make it and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Investigatin’ like Sherlock:

  • Cops combed through surveillance footage and say they saw Anderson hiding in the bushes before the attack. ‍♂
  • This ain’t Anderson’s first rodeo. He’s also facing an attempted robbery with a firearm charge.

What’s next?

  • Anderson’s chilling in jail with no bail set.
  • A court date is yet to be scheduled, but if convicted, he could be locked up for life. ⚖

Stay woke, stay safe, Cocoa. This is the 17th homicide in Brevard County this year. Be careful walkin’ home alone at night, especially if you’re carrying valuables.
