19-Year-Old Woman Arrested for Alleged Sex Abuse on dog Caught on Video

A 19-year-old woman arrested for alleged sex abuse on a dog captured on Snapchat dog video.

The video was reported to police in February by a concerned member of the public.

The case has been described as one of the “most disturbing” incidents investigated by the Jones County Sheriff’s Department. Sergeant JD Carter said, “In my 17 years as a law enforcement officer, this is one of the most disturbing cases I have ever investigated.”

The department is said to be in possession of several graphic videos that cannot be released or discussed.

Ms. Frazier said she was forced to perform these acts and was paid for the films. However, authorities have found no evidence to support these claims. An investigation is ongoing and police believe other videos may have been taken in other counties.

The dogs involved have been removed from the Frazier home and are being treated at the local veterinary hospital. One of the dogs, a German shepherd, was reportedly a service animal.

Frazier was taken to the County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with animal cruelty and unnatural sex. She made her first court appearance Thursday with bail set at $25,000. As WDAM reported, she was ordered to stay away from animals until the end of her trial.

Animal cruelty carries a penalty of up to six months in prison and a fine in Mississippi, while unnatural sex carries up to 10 years in prison if found guilty.
