Mind-Boggling Case: A Boston woman won’t face charges after 4 babies were found frozen in her apartment.

Grim Scene: Police discovered the infants in a South Boston apartment freezer back in November 2022. All were full-term and wrapped in tin foil shoeboxes.

DNA Ties the Ends: Investigators confirmed the woman, Alexis Aldamir, is the mother through DNA testing. The father’s identity is known, but he passed away in 2011.

Unanswered Questions: The cause of death remains a mystery. The medical examiner couldn’t determine if the babies were born alive due to the time spent frozen.

Tragic Twist: Authorities discovered Aldamir and the father had another child, a girl, given up for adoption in 1982.

Unraveling the Puzzle: Sadly, due to mental health concerns, Aldamir couldn’t provide crucial details.

Investigation Ends with No Charges: With no evidence of foul play and mental health considerations, the DA closed the case with many mysteries unsolved.
