Trump Accuses Harris of Declining Fox News Debate
Former President Donald Trump has claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris has opted against participating in a Fox News debate scheduled for September 4th.
Trump made the announcement on his Truth Social platform, stating that Harris has “just informed us that she will NOT do the FoxNews Debate.”
Trump’s Criticism of Harris
Trump did not appear surprised by Harris’ decision, criticizing her “record setting Flip-Flopping on absolutely everything she once believed in” and her “HORRIBLE Performance on the Border.”
He further accused Harris of allowing “millions of criminals and people from mental institutions and terrorists” to enter the United States unchecked.
Trump to Hold Tele-Town Hall with Hannity
In lieu of the Fox News debate, Trump revealed that he will now hold a “Tele-Town Hall, anchored by Sean Hannity, for Fox.” The event will take place in Pennsylvania, with further details to be announced.
Harris’ Debate Commitments
Earlier this month, Trump had said that he had agreed to three debates against Harris, including one hosted by NBC News on September 25th, as well as events on ABC and Fox News.
However, Harris has only formally agreed to the ABC debate so far.
