Forget influencer house tours, this is next-level LA drama. A wealthy couple is suing the city to TEAR DOWN Marilyn Monroe’s iconic house

Wait, what? Why?

Brinah Milstein (real estate heiress) and her hubby Roy Bank (reality TV producer) bought the Spanish-style spot for $8.35 million. Turns out, they wanted to expand their mansion next door by, well, demolishing Monroe’s place But the city is like, “Hold up, that’s a historic landmark!”

Did Marilyn even live there that long?

Here’s the tea: Monroe lived in the house for 6 months before her passing in 1962. The couple says it’s not a BIG DEAL and the house has been renovated tons over the years anyway.

So, what happens next?

The court will decide. Milstein and Bank want to demolish the house, but the city wants to make it a landmark. Buckle up, because this legal battle is just heating up
