A family’s joy turned to immense sorrow as their 4‑month-old baby girl tragically passed away from heat exposure following a trip to Lake Havasu in Arizona.

The family’s idyllic holiday weekend took a tragic turn when little Tanna Rae Wroblewski lost consciousness while on a boat with her parents and sibling.

Despite the family’s swift response in administering CPR and the efforts of emergency responders, Tanna could not be revived. She was airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where she ultimately succumbed to the heat-related illness, just days before her fourth-month birthday.

The incident serves as a sobering reminder of the grave risks posed by extreme temperatures, especially for the most vulnerable members of society.

As large swaths of the United States continue to experience blistering heat waves, this heartbreaking story underscores the importance of heightened vigilance and proactive safety measures when taking infants and young children outdoors.

Tanna’s devastated mother, Alyssa Wroblewski, shared her heartbreak on social media, writing, “I will never understand why you had to leave us, you were just too perfect.

I love you endlessly and I will look for you everywhere angel.” The family’s profound loss has touched many, with a GoFundMe page raising over $44,000 to support them during this unimaginably difficult time.
