The devastated father of two-year-old twins from Oklahoma, Avery and Ariel, who were found unresponsive in the backseat of a family vehicle, has broken his silence after vicious rumors were circulated online about their tragic deaths.
Marshall Suter revealed he was at work when he was contacted by police about the devastating news that his “brightest and best twins the world could’ve had” had passed away. The toddlers were found around 3pm on Thursday in the neighborhood of Norman, where temperatures had reached 90°F outside.
In a heartbreaking tribute, Suter said, “From the hugs to the kisses to the laughs. Their love was the most pure I had ever felt. And I won’t be able to feel that again.
Mom and dad love their baby girls.” He added, “No day will ever be the same. Our hearts are shattered. Losing a child might have be the hardest thing ever, and I lost two. I don’t think I’ll ever be okay again.”
The twins were supposed to have been taken to daycare by a family member, but tragically ended up being left in the back of the car for most of the day. By the time they were discovered, it was too late. Police are still investigating the timeline of events and how the children were left in the scorching vehicle.
Despite the vicious online rumors, the Norman Police Department stated they are not currently recommending charges, as the incident appears to have been a tragic accident.
Suter’s family member said the community has been devastated by the loss of the beloved toddlers, known for their pure love and inseparable bond.
