Jeff Bolle, a beloved high school counselor and football coach from Milwaukee, tragically lost his battle with stage 4 bile duct cancer last December.

The 60-year-old’s chemotherapy treatment was cut short due to a nationwide shortage of vital medication, ultimately leading to his untimely death.

Bolle’s family and friends remember him as a dedicated coach, mentor, and pillar of the community. His passing has reignited concerns over chemotherapy drug shortages and the devastating impact they can have on patients and their loved ones.

As the medical community grapples with supply chain issues and limited resources, stories like Bolle’s serve as a sobering reminder of the urgent need to address these shortages and ensure that life-saving treatments are accessible to those who need them most.
