Missing Emergency Slide from Delta Flight Found Washed Up at Home of Lawyer Suing Boeing 🌊✈️

In a bizarre twist of fate, the emer­gency slide that detached from a Delta Air Lines Boe­ing 767–300 dur­ing a flight from JFK Air­port on Fri­day has been found washed up at the Rock­away Beach home of a lawyer whose firm is cur­rent­ly suing Boe­ing over safe­ty concerns.

The emer­gency slide, which report­ed­ly sep­a­rat­ed from the air­craft min­utes after take­off, was dis­cov­ered on a jet­ty near Beach 131st Street on Sunday. 

Delta has since con­firmed the recov­ery of the slide and is work­ing with author­i­ties to inves­ti­gate the incident.

While the inci­dent did not result in any injuries, it has reignit­ed con­cerns about the safe­ty of Boe­ing air­craft, with the lawyer in ques­tion rep­re­sent­ing clients in ongo­ing lit­i­ga­tion against the aero­space giant. 

The pecu­liar cir­cum­stances of the slide’s recov­ery have added anoth­er lay­er of intrigue to an already unusu­al story.
