A New Rochelle man who was previously accused of trying to coerce a boy into performing sexual acts on video chats has been arrested once again on sex charges involving multiple teenagers.
Fernando Rincon, 52, faces charges of use of a child under 17 in a sexual performance, as well as second- and third-degree criminal sex acts, all felonies.
His arrest was the result of a joint investigation by the New Rochelle police and the Westchester District Attorney’s Office.
Rincon Previously Charged with Endangering Welfare of a Child
In April, Rincon was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly attempting to persuade a 12-year-old boy to expose himself during video chats. At the time, he was also arrested for possession of crack cocaine.
Rincon Held Without Bail
Rincon is currently being held without bail at the county jail and is scheduled to appear in New Rochelle City Court on Friday. His attorney has not yet provided a comment on the recent charges.
