A 22-year-old woman accused of fatally stabbing another woman in a savage attack outside the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan last month laughed during her court arraignment, enraging the victim’s family.

Samaria Lopez, the alleged killer, flashed a “sinister grin” and chuckled as she pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the June 11 incident that left 22-year-old Jordin Walston dead.

Graphic surveillance footage captured the moment Lopez allegedly lunged at Walston during a sidewalk confrontation and stabbed her twice in the chest, puncturing her aorta.

The victim’s family members were visibly distraught by Lopez’s apparent lack of remorse, with one relative having to be physically removed from the courtroom after calling the suspect a “nasty f–king b–ch.”

The judge presiding over the case warned that he would not tolerate any disruptive behavior.
