Imag­ine get­ting a park­ing ticket…but it’s not because you parked wrong. That’s what hap­pened to Will Cramer, a retired teacher from Penn­syl­va­nia. He put a “for sale” sign in his truck win­dow, and BAM! Tick­et time.

Appar­ent­ly, in Nazareth, PA, it’s ille­gal to adver­tise your car for sale on the street. Cramer was­n’t hav­ing it. He fought the tick­et, argu­ing it vio­lat­ed his right to free speech. ✊ But the judge was­n’t feel­ing it, and Cramer got hit with a fine.

Cramer, along with some legal mus­cle, is now suing the town. They say this “no for sale signs” rule is straight-up uncon­sti­tu­tion­al. The fight is ON! Will Cramer win his right to sell his truck in peace? Stay tuned!
