Teen Arrested for Murder in Brooklyn Shooting of a 54-year-old Man

Teen Charged with Mur­der in Brook­lyn Shooting

A 15-year-old boy was arrest­ed on Thurs­day after­noon in con­nec­tion with the fatal shoot­ing of a 54-year-old man in Brooklyn.

The inci­dent occurred on Wednes­day, around 3:40 p.m., in the Bed­ford-Stuyvesant neigh­bor­hood. The vic­tim, Dar­ryl McMil­lan, was shot in the chest on Mon­roe Street and lat­er died at Kings Coun­ty Hospital.

The teenage sus­pect, whose name has not been released due to his age, is fac­ing charges of mur­der and two counts of crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of a weapon.
