Several injured in attack on Paris train station

French Inte­ri­or Min­is­ter Ger­ard Dal­manin announced in a tweet that some­one injured sev­er­al peo­ple at Paris’ Gare du Nord on Wednes­day morning.

He added that the per­son was “neu­tral­ized” by the police force.

French media ear­li­er report­ed that a man had injured sev­er­al peo­ple with a knife inside Gare du Nord station.

It is one of the busiest sta­tions in Europe and one of the main trans­port links between Paris, Lon­don and North­ern Europe.
