Hogan Worries for Tyson’s Safety
Hulk Hogan, a close friend of Mike Tyson and a legendary figure in professional wrestling, is worried that the significant age difference between the 58-year-old Tyson and the 27-year-old Jake Paul, combined with Tyson’s recent health issues, could make the bout extremely dangerous for the boxing legend.
Tyson’s Medical Scare Delays Fight
The fight between Tyson and Paul was initially scheduled for July, but was postponed after Tyson suffered a medical scare in May. Tyson became nauseous and dizzy on a flight, forcing the cabin crew to ask passengers if there was a doctor on board to provide assistance.
Hogan Fears Paul is “Too Strong”
Hogan voiced his concerns during a recent podcast appearance, referring to Paul as “too strong” and “scary,” before stating the YouTuber-turned-boxer could “kill” Tyson in the ring. Hogan is worried that Tyson’s health and the age gap between the two fighters could make the bout too risky.
Tyson Confident Despite Health Concerns
Despite the health concerns, Tyson remains confident that he can defeat Paul and insists there is nothing to worry about in terms of his health heading into the bout. However, fans are still worried, and the Texas Licensing Regulators will now only assess Tyson the day before the fight.
