“He abused me verbally and emotionally. Some of the abuse was in the presence of our children,” she said.

“I was financially dependent on Trevor throughout our marriage,” she explained, explaining why she stayed until she had the courage to break up. She said she hoped her divorce filing would put an end to the abuse allegations, but it hasn’t.

However, she said Trevor went on to call her “h-” and “b—–” in front of her children and that she “threatened me regularly.”

She says she feels uncomfortable because Trevor lives half a mile away. Bree said he once broke into her house without her knowledge because he “thinks he has the right to come and go as he pleases”.

At one point, she threatened to change her locks and make her homeless if she didn’t follow his every command. According to Bree, Trevor has continued to refuse to pay her child support and has threatened to separate her children from her.

In her petition, she details an incident in which Trevor allegedly showed up at her home in August 2021. Bree said he was “very angry” and demanded he give her her cell phone. she refused.

Bree claims he threw her on the bed and began strangling her, but released her just before she passed out. She alleges that Trevor hit her with her closed fist and continued to hit her several times.

Bree claims another incident occurred on February 17, 2020, in which Trevor strangled her until she passed out. “He immediately grabbed me by the throat and started strangling her until I was unconscious.”

She pointed to a Sept. 9, 2020 text that Trevor allegedly sent her. “Having a hand on you made me feel like I had nothing,” she writes.

“I strongly believe that the physical, verbal and emotional abuse of Trevor deserves a ‘protection order,’ ” Brie said.

As part of her petition, Bree has attached several photographs of the scars she allegedly suffered from Trevor’s actions.

Last year, Brie filed for divorce from Trevor after four years of marriage. She claimed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for her divorce.

Brie lists her marriage date as April 2018 and her separation date as “TBD.” The two dated for years before getting married.
