Autumn Daly, who rose to fame on the sec¬≠ond sea¬≠son of Big Broth¬≠er in 2001, was recent¬≠ly arrest¬≠ed in Lewisville, Texas on felony theft charges. Police say Daly stole over $30,000 worth of prop¬≠er¬≠ty in 2023.

According to reports, police located Daly’s car at a consignment store she owns called Encore! Encore! in June due to an outstanding warrant. When questioned by officers, Daly admitted she was working to resolve the warrant.

The theft charges stem from allegations that Daly stole between $30,000 and $150,000 worth of property in 2023. She was taken into custody and released after posting a $2,500 bond.

Police have declined to provide additional details due to an ongoing investigation. However, Daly claims the charges are a retaliation attempt by a former business associate who previously sued her and lost a civil case. She says the criminal charges will not stick and she intends to countersue for $500,000.

Daly gained pop¬≠u¬≠lar¬≠i¬≠ty on Big Broth¬≠er 2, becom¬≠ing the third evictee that sea¬≠son. The sea¬≠son was ulti¬≠mate¬≠ly won by Dr. Will Kir¬≠by. This arrest marks the lat¬≠est legal trou¬≠ble for the for¬≠mer real¬≠i¬≠ty TV star turned small busi¬≠ness own¬≠er in Texas.
