In a candid confession on this week’s episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian reveals her concerns about her vaginal health and body image after welcoming her fourth child, son Rocky.

The 45-year-old reality star tells her mother Kris Jenner that she’s worried about experiencing “prolapse,” a condition where the vagina can “fall out,” due to the stress pregnancy and childbirth can place on the pelvic floor.

Kourtney explains that doctors recommend avoiding high-impact activities for up to six months postpartum to allow the vagina to properly heal.

Kourtney also opens up about struggling with her rapidly changing body, admitting that her “humongous boobs” from breastfeeding make it difficult to breathe in her tight corset outfit.

Despite the challenges, she says her priority is “nourishing” her body and not rushing to “bounce back” to her pre-pregnancy figure.

The Poosh founder further shares her anxiety about returning to the public eye, including skipping the family’s annual Aspen trip due to feeling overwhelmed with a newborn.

Kourtney’s candid discussion sheds light on the often-overlooked physical and mental adjustments new mothers face after childbirth.

This in-depth look at Kourtney’s postpartum journey provides a relatable and empowering perspective on the realities of motherhood, body image, and the importance of prioritizing health over societal pressures to “bounce back” quickly.
