Star­ing at screens all day? You’re not alone. But guess what? Eye sore­ness does­n’t have to be your new normal!

A doc­tor on Tik­Tok (@drleviharrison) shared these super quick eye exer­cis­es to fight screen fatigue and keep your peep­ers happy.

Ready? Let’s do this!

  1. Sit up straight with per­fect pos­ture.
  2. Look up and down, then side to side.
  3. Roll your eyes in cir­cles (both ways) 10 times each.
  4. Squeeze your eyes shut tight for 5–10 sec­ondsrepeat twice.

Do these exer­cis­es reg­u­lar­ly, espe­cial­ly after long screen ses­sions. They’ll help reduce eye strain and keep your vision feel­ing fresh and focused.

Bonus tip: If you expe­ri­ence dry eyes, blurred vision, or headaches after screen time, it could be Com­put­er Vision Syn­drome. Don’t pan­ic, it’s com­mon! But if you’re con­cerned, con­sult a doc­tor just to be safe.
