A doctor on TikTok (@drleviharrison) shared these super quick eye exercises to fight screen fatigue and keep your peepers happy.
Ready? Let’s do this!
- Sit up straight with perfect posture.
- Look up and down, then side to side.
- Roll your eyes in circles (both ways) 10 times each.
- Squeeze your eyes shut tight for 5–10 seconds, repeat twice.
Do these exercises regularly, especially after long screen sessions. They’ll help reduce eye strain and keep your vision feeling fresh and focused.
Bonus tip: If you experience dry eyes, blurred vision, or headaches after screen time, it could be Computer Vision Syndrome. Don’t panic, it’s common! But if you’re concerned, consult a doctor just to be safe.
